A hunt has begun
And the boundless energy of your spirit longs to join.
The Ghost Hounds run, bringing the wild night with them. The gleam in their crescent eyes an ode to the Muse of the moon, whose silver light feeds their every step and wingbeat. There is no stopping the hounds on a hunt, for they live in tune with the moon’s cycles, amassing an unmatched energy that grows with its light.
To give oneself the moon is to follow one’s inner cycles. We often try to be never-ending, though it goes against the very nature of the earth we’re a part of. What if we were prolific and boundless when our moons blazed full? Then, quiet and resting in the cradle of a new moon’s darkness? Though life may not allow for such perfect cycling, the acceptance of the inner cycle may remind us to clear space when needed. To take advantage of our best energy when we have it and make room for rest when we’re low.
