RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All print and original purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been shipped. I do my best to pack everything as securely as I can to ensure it arrives safely to you. However, rough handling and accidents can occur after the art leaves my hands and begins its journey to you. Please read below to find out what can be done if you receive a damaged item.

If an order is returned to me due to an address error on your part, you will be responsible for any fees incurred as well as the fees for having the order re-shipped. All of my shipping labels are automated into my shipping system meaning that anything you write is what ends up on the label so please double-check your address for mistakes and contact me right away if you realize you’ve made one.

Prints: If your print order arrives damaged, please, get in contact with me within 7 days of the print’s arrival with photos of the damage (a photo of the box from a couple of angles, as well as the damaged contents.) We will need to put in a claim with our shipping provider so please save every little part of the packaging as you may be asked to bring it to the post office to finish out the claim. Once the claim is approved, I will be able to send you either replacement prints when available or a refund.

Limited Prints: If your damaged print(s) is limited, but still available in my shop, I will be able to replace it provided you tear up the original limited damaged print(s) and send a photo. If the print is limited and sold out by the time you receive your damaged one, I will offer you a full refund.

Originals: Should you receive a damaged original, please contact me right away with photos of the damaged box as well as the damaged contents. In some cases, I may be able to fully repair the damage so that you can keep the piece you love. If the damage is too severe, we will need to put in an insurance claim with the shipping provider, however this usually results in the original piece of work being taken by the shipping provider for evaluation and not being given back. In any case, please save every single piece of the packaging and damaged contents so that we have our best chances of winning the claim.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of being placed and from there usually take 3-7 days to arrive within the US, and 2-12 weeks outside the US. If you require faster shipping, please email me at aria@ariafawn.com

  • Orders within the U.S. are shipped via whatever carrier is providing the best rate for a priority mail time frame (typically 1-5 days)

  • Print and merchandise orders outside of the U.S. are shipped via whatever carrier is providing the best rate for a “first class” mail time frame (typically 2-12 weeks)

  • Original art orders outside of the US are shipped via whatever carrier is providing the best rate for a priority mail time frame ( typically 4 days to 1 week )

    Tracking is available for most countries.

    Please, note that buyers are responsible for all duties and customs taxes as these are sadly out of my control. I am currently not shipping any original art to the UK due to the complicated VAT situation.
