BERCEAU

A new collection of twenty original works

These pieces were born from my ongoing project Donne Toi la Lune, a fictional video game in the style of a dark fairy tale. This project will one day be book full of art and lore.

The title of this collection Berceau (pronounced like verso with a B) comes from the French word for cradle and it’s the name of the world within Donne Toi la Lune where the many creatures and characters featured in this collection live. Please visit the bottom of this page if you’d like to read more about the collection. Otherwise, enjoy these new works and thank you infinitely for being here!

This latest collection comes from my desire to go even deeper into the work and world I’ve spent the last two years creating with Donne Toi la Lune. These years have been rather challenging, but they’ve helped me understand all the better why art is always the thing that leads me back to myself.

Donne Toi la Lune remains my biggest undertaking to date because it takes so much of the symbolism, creatures and lore I’ve built over the years and places them within a full narrative story. A story that has led me through many personal challenges and discoveries.

While the way is lonely and the path bloody for the protagonists of this story, it’s not without empathy. And it’s always my wish that those who honour me by viewing my work will find a piece of hope or glean a story of their own while exploring these worlds.

Thank you for being here <3
